The six-story cube rises towards the sky in the bright white of lime. It’s a very special office building: it promises its users a comfortable temperature, between 22 and 26 °C, without any technical installations for heating, ventilation, and cooling. The secret to this success lies in the compact volume, the limited number of vertical openings, and the monolithic composition of the facade. The 81.50 cm wall has a double thickness of monomur bricks with both insulating and load-bearing properties. Only certain wooden ventilation shutters are automated: their automatic opening is controlled by sensors to maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
