The dream of accomplishing something as a person became the one of an entire society. Thought the industrial revolutions, the constant progress and the increasing exploitation of our natural world, « invention » and « innovation » became religions. In the name of a collective or societal evolution, many single ambitions are masked. Their measuring instrument in capital. Even in the time of ressources disparition and CO2 over-emission, collective concern does not yet seem to have won out over individual ambitions. In this decomposing wold, the new god would be the inventor of something that can save humanity. But aren’t the real heroes those who refuse to let change have a name and a face? Those who refuse to be heroes. Who refuse heroes to be so.
